DESCRIPTION:This year\, Mission and Outreach is again planning to assemble 19 Christmas Gift Bags to be given to local low-income youth. In coordination with Youth Services Bureau\, each young adult living in a YSB housing unit in Hintonburg will be blessed during this festive season with a wonderful gift bag provided through the generosity of our congregation. At a time of year when family connections are so important\, our gift sends a message of hope\, caring\, and God’s love to a group of young people who often feel lonely or forgotten. \nDonations will be collected on November 23 and 30\, December 7 and 14. Please use your collection envelope to provide a donation in support of this initiative\, marking it “White Gift”\, or use the specially stamped “White Gift” envelopes in the pews.  You can also note “White Gift” on digital offerings. \nOur thrifty shopping team will use every dollar received to purchase practical necessities and seasonal treats.
